THE COUNTER IS LOCATED IN TERMINAL 2 AT ENTRANCE B. WHEN ARRIVING AT TERMINAL 2 HEAD THROUGH THE SECURITY CONTROL DESK AND THE COUNTER IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 10 METERS TO THE RIGHT. WHEN ARRIVING AT TERMINAL 3 FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO WALK TO TERMINAL 2. WHEN ARRIVING AT TERMINALS 4 AND 5 FOLLOW THE SIGNS FOR THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS AND TAKE THE SHUTTLE TO TERMINAL 2 AND GO INTO ENTRANCE B. THE SHUTTLE RUNS EVERY 10 MINUTES.

Rental Policies

THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 37.50 SEK PER DAY INCLUDING VAT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED DRIVER WITH A MAXIMUM CHARGE OF 525 SEK. FULL RENTAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.

PLEASE PARK THE CAR IN A SPOT DESIGNATED FOR ENTERPRISE, LOCK THE CAR AND PLACE THE KEYS IN THE DROP BOX. THERE WILL BE SIGNS DIRECTING THE CUSTOMER TO THE DROP BOX LOCATION.

ALL CAR GROUPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19 - 99 EXCEPT PREMIUM AND LUXURY VEHICLES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 25 - 99. ALL DRIVERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19 - 24 WILL BE CHARGED AN UNDERAGE FEE OF 125 SEK PER DAY INCLUDING VAT. IT IS ADVISABLE TO CAREFULLY CHECK LOCAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ENTERPRISE VEHICLES RENTED IN NORWAY AND SWEDEN CANNOT BE DRIVEN OR DROPPED OFF OUTSIDE EUROPE AND IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - ALBANIA, ARMENIA, AZERBAIJAN, BELARUS, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, ESTONIA, GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, KYRGYZSTAN, LATVIA LITHUANIA, MACEDONIA, MOLDOVA, POLAND, RUSSIA, ROMANIA, SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO, SLOVENIA, SLOVAKIA, TAJIKSTAN, TURKEY, TURKMENISTAN, UKRAINE, UZBEKISTAN. ENTERPRISE VEHICLES MAY BE DRIVEN INTO BUT NOT DROPPED OF IN GREECE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.

One-ways are available for all Enterprise locations within Norway and Sweden.  A one way fee is applicable for each one way rental depending on pick up location and destination.

ALL VEHICLES ARE DELIVERED WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL AND SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION. IF A VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK OF FUEL, THE RENTER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DIFFERENCE PLUS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 120 SEK INCLUDING VAT.

Peace of Mind is an optional coverage which reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 80 SEK per day and reduces the excess for damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle to 500 SEK or 1000SEK dependant on car class. 

A VALID INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT, WHICH WILL BE HELD ON THE CARD. VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD AND DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RENTAL AND FOR PAYMENT AT THE END OF THE RENTAL. A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR DEPOSIT, HOWEVER, CASH AND DEBIT CARDS BACKED BY AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL.

ENTERPRISE RENTAL LOCATIONS DO NOT PROVIDE DIRECT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED BY FALCK ON BEHALF OF ENTERPRISE. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE 24-7 BY CALLING THE NUMBER STATED ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF RENTAL. FEES MAY APPLY WHEN SERVICE IS USED.

The cost of a rental car depends on many factors and can vary greatly. These factors include:

  • The length of time you are renting the car
  • Car class selected
  • Rental location
  • Added insurance or protection products
  • Additional products selected
  • If you have to modify your reservation
  • If you have to extend your reservation
  • If you have to change your rental drop-off location

To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:

  • To be 25 years old 
  • A valid driving licence with a photo
  • A photo ID (for example: a driving licence or passport)
  • Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you're renting from)

Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to: 

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the licence is written in a language or characters different from those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

Fuel policy at non-airport locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
  • A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed.

Fuel policy at airport car rental locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel — pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • The pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of fuel minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Pre-paid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
